Michael C. Maloney is a full time problem-solver and mediator. He is well-known for resolving complex issues and conflicts with commons sense. While he not only solves the existing problems, he also gives clients tools for recognizing and solving future conflicts. He is a well-regarded speaker on common sense, business ethics, listening, and complex problem-solving. He spent 20 years working in business technology, real estate investment, and pension fund businesses before forming Maloney & Associates. Mr. Maloney has a Masters in Public Administration from U.S.C. and a A.B. in Public Administration from San Diego State University. In his spare time, Mr. Maloney is a surfer and nationally known fly casting instructor. |

Douglas E. Noll, Esq. is a full time peacemaker and mediator, specializing in difficult, complex, and intractable conflicts. He is the author Peacemaking: Practicing at the Intersection of Law and Human Conflict (Cascadia 2002) and Sex, Politics & Religion at the Office: The New Competitive Advantage (Auberry Press 2006). He is a national mediator trainer, lecturer and continuing education panelist. Mr. Noll was voted as one of the Best Lawyers in America since 2006, by bestlawyers.com.
Mr. Noll has a Masters Degree in Peacemaking and Conflict Studies from Fresno Pacific University, his law degree from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and his B.A. in English Literature from Dartmouth College. |
